At El Rodeo Western Boutique, we want you to love your western wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that boots are placed in their original box and protected from damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our ranch warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
